My interview experience with Full Measure was very smooth and professional. The interview process was a longer one, which actually ended up being really helpful because they went into more depth about the company culture and what makes a good employee.
While there was standard interview Q&A, the overall environment was friendly and relaxed. The team was more than willing to answer multiple quesitons I had about the company and position. They were upfront in their answers to my questions and in what kind of characteristics you need to have for the role, which I really appreciated.

The interview was very quick, and informative about a new industry i was unfamiliar with. It took about 15 minutes max. The longer process was finding out what the next steps would be.
