I applied online. I interviewed at Full Fabric (Paris) in Apr 2026
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted immediately by HR. Since no salary range was advertised, I asked for it before the interview. HR never responded. I still attended the interview out of courtesy.
After an hour of conversation about “transparency”, I received an email saying my expectations were above their range. This could have been clarified from the beginning. The lack of honesty around compensation made the process unnecessarily time‑consuming.
Salary transparency should be provided upfront. In this case, the recruitment approach felt unclear and not entirely straightforward. I also have doubts about the overly positive reviews. 8 comments - 5 stars... humm ok.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Full Fabric in Jul 2025
Interview
Full Fabric reached out to me directly on LinkedIn about the AE Italy role. From the very first message, HR told me the salary range was €60–80k (50/50 OTE). I made it clear that I was aiming for the higher end, and was told the final number would depend on how well I performed in the interviews.
After completing every stage and receiving very positive feedback, I was shocked to be offered only €65k fixed. When I questioned this, HR had no explanation, and the Head of Sales told me that €65k was actually the maximum they could offer. This was the exact opposite of what I had been told earlier, and clearly showed poor internal communication and lack of transparency.
I said I would take a few days to consider the offer. Then, completely out of the blue, I received an email saying the offer was withdrawn because I had “missed the deadline.” The issue is: no deadline was ever communicated to me at any point.
This has never happened to me before in any recruitment process. They contacted me, wasted my time, and demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and internal alignment. I would strongly advise candidates to be very cautious when interviewing with Full Fabric.
