Frye Regional Medical Center interview questions

The interview process was very unprofessional. One woman pulled me into a room with 4 other women sitting there waiting for me as well. How they do it at Frye is THEY decide what floor they want to hire you in. You interview with 3-4 different departments and then from there they pick which department they will offer you a job in. They ask a preference but did not honor mine. I felt the questions were unprofessional and not for any good inquiry. The entire interview lasted maybe 7 minutes at most

I interviewed with the director and 4 supervisors then received a call with an offer. I had to shadow the facility and the employees to decide if i believed it was a good fit for me to work in.
