A phone screen was conducted. Then I was invited in for an on-site interview with the hiring manager. Was called and offered the job. Two weeks of training. Once the training was complete, we spent about one week out on the floor where we were still receiving help from our trainer. I felt very comfortable moving to the collection floor.

It was a very nice process. Interview was very thorough and well done. You had questions, math test, and typing test. They did do a background check. They kept in touch with me while they were doing the check. They were very nice, honest and complete.
