I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Community Services
Interview
Kind, and incredibly helpful, hands on. They have a high turn over rate so they are desperate for people. I was interviewed by a manager to see if I was a right fit, and they prefer people with experience, but if not they will train you anyways.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Frontier Community Services (Chillicothe, OH) in Jun 2014
Interview
Three interviews. "No set number", one panel, and one with two than one interviewer. They were unsure how soon they would make a decision, and everything hush hush.
Salary not really negotiable.
Worth it, got the job eventually and enjoyed position for 3 years.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Community Services (Chillicothe, OH)
Interview
Saw the ad @ local JFS employment office, called, got interviewed 2x, hired. Pay minimum wage to start and cap @ $14.50/hr. Stressful work and they should start @ $12 - $13 an hour! They have a high turnover rate and I think hire anybody who applies and passes training course.
