Filled out the online application, did the assessment about a week later. I had a phone interview and Lisa was amazing! Frontier booked my flight and paid for hotel accommodations in Denver. I arrived the day before the interview. The day of the interview we had to be at the frontier office by 6:30am, a short walk from our hotel. Everyone I mean everyone was soooo nice and friendly. This by far was the best interview I have ever been to and I have flight attendant experience and have been to many interviews. No pressure, no nothing, we just talked to the recruiters and they were more than helpful. We had two rounds of interviews, both were equally great! They just want to get to know you and ask you typical (not hard, or tricky) interview questions. My best advice is to just be yourself and have fun! Always smile and be friendly. If I could do it all over again I would! Frontier flight attendants and management are so sweet. They have all been there for 10+ years which says a lot about Frontier since it's only 21 years old!! I interviewed on August 19th and I'm off to training on September 8th. I can already tell I will love it there! Good luck!
