Interview
After applying online, I was invited to come to a group interview. The interview process starts out with a very large group where everyone introduces themselves. Then there was a video that explained Frontier's mission statement and a brief history of the company. The interviewers explained what it was like to be a part of the company, before breaking everyone into smaller groups to start the question portion of the interview. This happened twice more with people being asked to stay or leave with each round.

Question 1
During the first group round, I was asked whether or not I had ever had a conflict with a supervisor that I could not solve. It was worded in a very strange way and there are numerous questions that were similar to that.
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
