Interview
I applied online Jan. 16th and completed the assessment the same day. One week later I got an email about scheduling a phone interview. Had my phone interview on Jan 25th and was offered a F2F at the end. I will be headed to Denver on the 22nd of February for my interview on the 23rd. They pay for your flight, and you book your hotel on your own at a discounted rate. The questions on here are the ones I got asked and are also listed below (with answers ;)). Be prepared and go over the questions and have your answers ready. My phone interviewer was so incredibly sweet and made me feel at ease, which helped me out a lot. It wasn't hard at all. She let me know that they are hiring for bases in Philly, Denver, Chicago, and Orlando (of course everyone will want to be away from the cold so Orlando will probably go first!). If anyone else is headed to Denver on the 23rd for their F2F, let me know! Good luck!
Application, Video Interview, F2F in Denver. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. Dress professional. Hair, natural color, neat and clean. Make up, light and natural looking nothing over the top.
Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
