The interview process was multifaceted and highly functional. It was respectful, professional and demonstrated a level of thoroughness that was indicative of a company that invests highly in its team. 'Next steps' were always clearly communicated throughout the process (which was appreciated) and replies throughout the process were always timely and efficient.
Initial interview, followed by a project/ presentation based on concepts about the role and case studies. This was followed by the applicant presenting their work to the larger team and a group discussion. Career aptitude testing to ensure compatibility with scope of the role and team. Final interview with more of the team and customized targeted questions based on the aptitude testing.
