All questions were based off personally test, long, questions were irrevelevant, interviewer was condescending. Interview process was great, answered all of my questions, and were open and honest about expectations. Recruiter was personable, but do not think that she really knew what was all involved with the job. Recruiter should be trained more on the job details

Tell me about a time when you handled a difficult patient and family
Referred by another manager. Interviewed twice. By facility administrator and again by regional vice president. Not prepared with understanding of what job would entail. Believe was misled by the superiors to accept position.

Screening Interview, Panel Interview, Interview with RVP. Took over 2 months no communication with upper management regarding process. Expected to manage clinic without current manager while they take their time making a decision with no compensation.
