Was called and had an interview the next day. Was offered the job a few days later. The entire process was pretty quick and easy but I think it all hinges on who the clinic manager is and how efficient they are. The can make it as easy or hard as they want too.

Didn't really have any hard-ball questions. I was actually a little surprised by that. Again though that's luck of the draw on who the hiring manager is.
Due to COVID the interview was done remotely via Zoom. I met with two people, the clinical manager and the regional manager. The interview lasted about 25 to 30 minutes.

Interview
Hiring event- group interview with about five managers for different clinics within the area. Each manager asked questions but was relatively short interview. Reviewed what the onboarding process and training process would entail. Overall was low stress.
Great interview - positive culture. The company itself has an amazing training program - very thorough on boarding. However, as is the case with most jobs, the management can make or break the environment. You need a manager who will tell it like it is and meet his/her promises and responsibilities.
