Friendly, interview with directors from multiple facilities. Questions asked were mostly about availabilty, your responses to theoretical situations, an explanation of the type of work done, and scheduling and training process.

I had a phone interview and they had asked a couple of questions about work experience and what makes me a suitable candidate for their company. They informed me if clinical manager liked my responses we would proceed forward to an in-person interview.

Went in and talked to RN and she really seemed happy to have a new facility. But stated she would call Monday and never called. Don't think they liked people of color at this facility. People did not smile or anything.
