Recruiter is the first to reach out basically allowing you to describe why you chose this company and what experience do you have relevant to the role. After the phone screen you are invited to a interview in person with the insurance coordinator supervisor. The supervisor asked a variety of questions mainly how well do you work with difficult patients and what experience in insurance do you have.

Do you have experience working with dialysis patients?
I had a three part interview. First, with the recruiter to see if I am a good fit. Second, was with the hiring manager to get to know me, talk about the position, how I would fit. Third, was with the director where they also asked the same questions but went a bit more in depth.

Very simple, zoom call, had one manager interview me instead of the assigned two, mostly questions about myself, my job, my work, and how I would deal with some situations but mostly closed ended questions were asked.
