The interview went through a staffing agency in Addison. I interviewed on the phone and with the staffing agency in person and they were so certain that I would be a great candidate for this position. Honestly at first I wasn't too excited about anything dealing with collections. Especially collecting money from sick patients. But I went on with the process because I was looking for employment. When I met the interviewers it was an older white female woman and a middle aged white male. They both had been in their positions and with the company for only 3 months but were acting like they've been employees for decades. The male seemed very cunning and deceptive. Initially entering the interview I was told that the position was a 3-6 month position. So in my mind the position was temporary unless I was offered a permanent position. Now the white male asked me if I liked working temporary positions because I had a position that was temp on my resume. He asked me why I would take a position with a company if it was temp. I asked them isn't this position temp? He was using reverse psychology. My response was along the lines of why wouldn't I take a temporary job over joblessness. Long story short they were fake and I'm glad it didn't work out. I would not want to work for those interviewers. The funny part is the recruiter called me and said if someone dropped out before the start date 6/13 that they would call me. I told him no please don't. I'm no longer interested.
