The interview process was fairly easy. I was called on a Friday for a phone screening interview then I was called to the office for a formal interview. I was interviewed by the Team Lead and Help desk manager. I was asked a series of Behavioral and situation question. Questions were straight forward

Interview
I had two interviews or I guess you could say 1 screening interview and one group interview with multiple managers. I was straight forword. Regular interview questions. Tell us about yourself pertaining to the positions that your applying for? Why are you leaving your current job? What shift and salary are you looking for? How do you handle customers when they are angry? What drive you to do the best you can be? There is also an assesment you do before you can do your interview. friendly easy going people. Took a couple weeks to hear back or more. I was told the hiring process was long about 1 month. Background, urine drug test, and wait on your call from hr about training and watch your phone and email.
