had such a great time being interviewed by French Connection! The whole experience was super relaxed and inspiring. The team was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away, which made it so easy to open up and talk about my journey as a designer.
It honestly felt more like a fun conversation than a formal interview. They asked thoughtful questions that really showed they cared about my work.

Question 1
One of the first things they asked me was why I applied for the role, which gave me a chance to talk about how much I admire their aesthetic and the way they approach fashion with purpose and personality.

Interview
Had to do 3 rounds of interviews as well as a design project which they then asked me to re-do. Huge amount of work and time to then be told that they were no longer looking to hire for that position. Appalling.
