Straightforward and relaxed. First had a phone call and then an in-person interview. Phone call was brief and introduction to the company and overview of the internship. In-person interview was with the department head and my supervisor.
Apply online. Then the recruiter calls for a phone interview asking standard questions. Nothing too deep. Then there’s an in person interview which I declined. No one likes to read an essay, not sure why there’s a 39 word minimum.

Not very technical I would suggest that you get a good degree for this job and have good knowledge about markets so you can secure it and I’m sure you’ll do great
