The GM reached out to me via LinkedIn and had a short call with him to understand each other, including my background and also for him to introduce FreightAmigo. The next step was an in-person interview with HR and the GM. The interview started with a written test (both English and Chinese) where I had to answer questions about the industry, as well as a short personality quiz. These were all written tasks. The second part of the interview was a short chat with HR to understand my background and career goals. The last part of the interview was with the GM, where he outlined the business expectations and how my experience would be of use for him.
