Panel Interview - No prior screening. Didn't get a very welcoming impression from the interview. Seemed like I was already a no before they met with me, which made it feel like a waste of everyone's time.
When discussing the effectiveness of process efficiencies and programs implemented at prior employer was repeatedly asked for concrete data as to how they were value added.
