The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Franklin Templeton (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Nov 2010
Interview
First off, it is super hard to even get an interview. I finally was able to get to the interview process once a former co-worker was hired on to the specific division I was looking at. I have interviewed for three separate positions and from my experience it seems that they are very reluctant to hire anyone from the outside. It was suggested to me for two of the three positions that I start lower and put my time in before moving into a more senior role. The role that they recommended me moving into is very similar to the one I have been doing at a competitor for about 3 years.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Franklin Templeton (Rancho Cordova, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
2 Meeting process. Met with 3 direct managers that interviewed all at the same time. Then called back for 2nd round with the higher up who said they were the decision maker. Final interview was early in the week and was told I would hear back by Friday of that same week. This did not happen and could not get any info on what was happening for another week. Zero communication to applicants after interview process. Have other offers pending and would like to make a decision and not be held up by one company.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Franklin Templeton
Interview
Sales focus. Did a full blown sales pitch to the panels. Each of them will ask you rebuttal questions to see how you overcome them. Typical situation questions. My interview went two rounds. 1st with HR and 2nd was with supervisors.
