I was first interviewed on the phone and then did an interview in front of a panel. This panel interview consisted of potential team members. I was not contacted after this interview.

Friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. For the most part, it was a conversation about what the internship would be like. The interviewer was fixated on making sure I was a good fit with the other employees and interested in the type of work they do.
