My interview process was very positive from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to work with me throughout the process. The first step was a phone interview with Human Resources, where we discussed my background, qualifications, and interest in the position. After that, I participated in a virtual interview with the unit's Charge Nurse. The conversation was engaging and focused on my clinical experiences, patient care approach, and how I would fit within the team. Overall, the process was well organized, and each person I met made me feel comfortable and valued as a candidate.
