Frames interview questions

I attend the interview and also feedback is very positive , they asked me to share offer letter of earlier company. I had shared all the documents to them & then they call for salary discussion. But other than salary discussion they discuss other things & tell that will share the feedback i had waited almost for 3 weeks & today i had called them for updated, now they are saying we had hired some guy
