Interview
3 rounds. All technical. process was smooth. Hr was reachable . Was asked to code in screenshare. Difficulty level was average. Interviewer was well spoken. Hr informed the result of each round very quickly.
There were two rounds -
In the first round, I was asked about general topics like - OOP concepts, REST API, and a coding question.
The second one was an LLD round.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fractal in Jan 2024

4. Hr Round
Multiple Discussion with multiple HR
It's next to impossible to contact fractal HR team, they never pick up call . Moreover the person who is taking HR discussion is not in sync with the person who will be releasing offer .
For my interview they released offer less that my current salary, since there are multiple HR's who are working with same candidate but none of them will be in sync .
One of the worst HR experience .
