Interview
Process is easy, focused on interview.
1st round : offline Task, they will give you to create an Todo app using React.js/Vue.js/Angular as a Frontend and Python (Django / Flash) or Node.js as backend. Have to complete this assignment within a week and upload it to GitHub for reviewing.
2nd round : Technical Interview via Microsoft Teams. Be thorough on your concepts. Will ask you scenario based questions, i.e. in this scenario which concept we would implement like that.
Got very much experience as it was my first interview as a experienced developer, got to know that where I stand, how much I have to improve myset.

Question 1
will ask about your projects you have done and which concept have you used (i.e. redux, react Hooks)
It was all about system design and how you handle the data at large scale and what are the best practices to make the system reliable and responsive.
Before this I had a online assessment where you need to showcase your skills and get it done .
The interview process was structured and efficient. It began with an initial HR screening call where I was asked about my background, experience, and availability. This was followed by a technical assessment that tested my core skills relevant to the role.

easy to medium with project related question, work experience, react basics and DSA basics. String and search questions in DSA and React , Redux, Hooks, context API use cases with examples.
