I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fractal
Interview
OMG!!! I was insulted (implied that I was stupid ) and disrespected (my answers were constantly dismissed as wrong, although they were correct). The company is 85% Indian males. I am a white American female with a PhD. I do not think I should comment more. That was a horrible discriminatory experience!!! I declined to participate in the in the interview process further.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked about random forest and how it works. When I said that each decision tree in the forest considers a random subset of features, he disrespectfully interrupted me and told me that I am wrong. Then he scolded me for giving the "wrong" answer.

each interview last 30min
Interviewer were supportive and helping
Whole interview take 1 week
Mildly challenging and nice. I would probably reduce number of rounds, i had 4 of them. The first two were technical and third one was managerial. The last round was done for cultural fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fractal (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2025
Interview
2 technical rounds, in first round basic to medium questions were asked. There were some coding questions as well which you need to solve.
In second round, it was basically system design kind of round based on your projects
