First called by HR, then scheduled a technical phone interview. During the phone interview, I realized there were multiple people on the other side and all asked you questions which was strange because you don't know who you are talking to.

Next steps were to interview on location with three different people of various positions to see if I fit the team and have some idea of the processes that take place for the position.
