I found most of the interview process to be straightforward and friendly, with a responsive and helpful recruiter. However, my final round was with an executive who was clearly distracted by other things, and most of the interview centered around one of those terrible old school Google hypothetical logic puzzles. I spent half the interview trying to figure out a pre-determined answer instead of talking through my experience, and then I was rejected for the position with no additional feedback.

It was a pretty bad experience. I first talked to a recruiter who didn't get back to me for a while after the call. Then I was sent an assessment which I promptly completed. After this, I was asked to chat with the director. Mind you, this was at a time I was traveling out of the country, however I made time in the evening to make sure I can chat with her. At our scheduled time, we had a few connection problems, so connected about 5 minutes later. The director informed me that she only has 20 minutes to chat, at which point she just asked me questions the entire time, leaving no room for me to ask any. At the end of 20 minutes, she essentially hung up, because she was late for her other call. I followed up over email and linkedin, but heard nothing back. I chatted with the recruiter who told me they are chatting with other candidates and will get back to me within a week. After a few followps with her, I received a form letter informing me that another candidate was selected. This was just extremely rude in my opinion and not professional
