Interview process involved an initial interview in person, a phone second round interview and a final interview with HR. the interview process took maybe two weeks. It was great to meet with multiple people.

The interview process was lengthy and very thorough. This was not a negative. After the initial HR screening, there were a number of Executives one interviewed with in the respective department. Every round that was passed, the applicant moved on to a higher level executive and in the end everyone was interviewed by the General Manager. It gave the applicant a good idea of the company and culture as well interviewing for so many rounds. I think the process was mutually beneficial for both the interviewee and interviewer and I appreciate the thoroughness.
