Interview process is split into three stages. First stage is with HR to make sure you’re a good fit. Second stage is with your potential manager; this is where you can ask in depth questions about the role and ask about management style. Third stage is with people you may work with so they’re getting to know you as a future team member. If you get asked for references, you most likely got the offer.
