Forterro Software Engineer interview questions

I interviewed for a Software Engineer (C#) position. The first stage was a Zoom call with two team members, where I was asked basic C# and .NET questions. The second stage was an in-person meeting with members of the leadership team. We discussed my CV and some AI-related topics. During the in-person stage, the questions felt generic and scripted, and overall, the conversation did not seem particularly engaging or tailored to my background. At one point, one of the interviewers had to leave for another meeting shortly after the start. Overall, the process felt impersonal and left me with the impression that there wasn’t a strong interest in learning more about my skills or experience.
