I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I had a friend that worked at Forrester who referred me for this position. I was contacted by the HR recruiter and set up a phone interview. The 30-minute phone interview was pretty standard, wanting to know about my background and why I wanted to work at Forrester. My recruiter was lovely and I really enjoyed all of my communication with her. She was really great about keeping me updated on my interview status. Once she spoke to the hiring manager, I was invited in for an in-person interview. Once I arrived, a member of the HR team greeted me, took me on a tour, and helped settle me in. They really made me feel welcome, which is nice and definitely calmed the nerves a bit. I met with two of the team managers and then with the team director, all individually. The whole interview was probably 2.5 hours. I left feeling pretty good, and was contacted by my recruiter the following week with an offer. I accepted and am happy to be here.

Great application process in which you get the chance to informally speak with employees you would possibly be working together with. The application process consists of several telephone interviews, an on-site interview and a presentation. Prior to each stage you are very well informed- and prepared by a recruiter. After each stage you get the opportunity to recap together with this recruiter, something I experienced as very pleasant and helpful. Big thumbs up to all people involved in the application process. It felt to me as a great journey of applying at a very professional yet down-to-earth company.

I had a short 10 mins phone interview with a recruiter. She was very pleased with things I had to say about the company. Unfortunately we both decided not to proceed further after she told me about the salary - was too low and non negotiable.
