Interview
The interview process was seamless and efficient. I started with a phone interview with the recruiter- who was very diligent in scheduling and response time. She was also very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I was greeted first thing by Else for my on-site interview. It was a warm intro and alleviated some of my nerves prior to interviewing with the team. The interviews with the time were punctual, provided an accurate description of the job and culture, and asking challenging questions. Afterwards, I received a tour of the building- which is beautiful! A day after my interview I received feedback that I was going to receive an offer of employment. Overall- a very positive interview experience.

Interview
Great application process in which you get the chance to informally speak with employees you would possibly be working together with. The application process consists of several telephone interviews, an on-site interview and a presentation. Prior to each stage you are very well informed- and prepared by a recruiter. After each stage you get the opportunity to recap together with this recruiter, something I experienced as very pleasant and helpful. Big thumbs up to all people involved in the application process. It felt to me as a great journey of applying at a very professional yet down-to-earth company.

I had a short 10 mins phone interview with a recruiter. She was very pleased with things I had to say about the company. Unfortunately we both decided not to proceed further after she told me about the salary - was too low and non negotiable.
