Several rounds of interviews with various levels. Presentation to senior leaders. Focus on solution selling and storytelling. It is very thorough. The people are friendly and want you to succeed.

Very thorough compared to other companies were I have worked. There were more than 10 phone conversations with managers and employees and also 4 in-person interviews. Also prepared a presentation which I gave to 7 people based on prior sales experience.
