Interviewer's attitude shifted negatively when the relevance of coding tests for a sales engineering position was questioned. The interview experience revealed a disconnect between stated values and actual expectations of technical staff. After the interview, the company completely ghosted me. Despite multiple follow-up emails over two weeks requesting an update on my application status, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of professional courtesy reflects poorly on their organizational culture and respect for candidates' time.
