Series of interviews included 30m Teams calls with hiring manager, a peer, and sales leaders that I would work with. Very thorough, and it was great to meet the people I would work alongside / support.

3) What KPIs do you focus on?
Extremely disorganized and disrespectful to the candidate experience. Had a final interview only to have it cancelled by the recruiter an hour before and ghosted never to be heard from again. Extremely toxic environment with no gender equity (white male dominated and hired into leadership) no diversity.
