Interviewed twice on phone (1 technical). Company flew me to Austin for final interview in person. Was told by recruiter that an offer was being prepared and then the next day was told there were pursuing other candidates.

Technical exam followed by a group interview with hiring managers. Then a second interview with the department director the same day. Interview was fast and friendly. They called me week later and let me know how I did.
