Force Therapeutics interview questions

I had a very positive experience interviewing for the Client Success Manager position at Force Therapeutics. The process spanned about a month and included several calls with both HR representatives and team members. Throughout each stage, the communication was exceptionally clear and timely. The HR team, in particular, did a phenomenal job guiding me through every step of the process from the initial screening to scheduling interviews and providing prompt updates. Their approach was professional, organized, and personable, which made the experience both smooth and engaging. Overall, Force Therapeutics demonstrated a well-structured and thoughtful hiring process that reflected the company’s commitment to candidate experience and organizational excellence.

Very unprofessional first interview. I am all about being casual, but they were eating their lunch the entire time. What does that say about the company? If the person who is doing the initial interview is that unprofessional, I cannot imagine the rest of the company.
