The interview process was smooth and straight forward with Footwear etc. I applied online, and was contacted by the recruiter a few days later. Had a phone interview / pre screen, then had an interview at the store.

Informal, too nosy about my personal life. 3 day turn around. It was very uncomfortable to interview. There wasn't an office so we sat in chairs across the street in front of a restaurant and interviewed.
