The interview process was a 4 step process - beyond ridiculous. The first was a phone screening, the second was a virtual meeting with the social media manager, the third was a virtual meeting with the VP of marketing and the fourth was an in-person interview at their HQ.

Standard questions such as;
- What background makes you qualify for this role?
- Do you own a vehicle?
- What franchise stands out to you the most that we are apart of?
My favorite question was:
- Are you open to working weekdays and weekends + weeknights? (basically, expected to work all the time because you're on salary pay!)
Entrevue intéressante et dynamique avec la responsable réseaux sociaux et le VP marketing pour le poste. Plus une discussion qu'une entrevue conventionnel. C'était agréable. Une compagnie jeune et ''trendy''. Ils semblaient donner beaucoup d'espace au niveau créatif.
