The interview process was very well managed from start to finish. I felt that my time was respected and that I had a full opportunity to present my take-home assignment to genuinely curious and engaged industry professionals. Every conversation I had throughout the process was with highly motivated people who asked thoughtful questions and provided thorough answers to mine. It was also a nice touch to be invited to the office and meet some of the interviewers in person.
Iâd like to give special mention to Morteza, who is, undoubtedly, the best talent acquisition manager Iâve had the pleasure of meeting. He managed expectations transparently and consistently followed through on every promise (which, unfortunately, is quite rare in recruiting these days). What I appreciate the most is that he has a positive, approachable attitude to every call, and his personality made the entire process much less stressful and more enjoyable.
