There are two parts, part one is collaborating with other applicants and organizing a game. The goal is to be able to show your ability to lead a children on a game and possibly show your skills and be hired on the spot after the first part. The second goal is then the interview part, where you have to line up in this hallway, and then enter a room with like 4-5 desks that are spread apart.

The first part of it was fine but the interview process was was a bit scary since it was my first time applying for a job but it was all pretty easy.
