Focus Care interview questions

Received a phone call from HR Team Attended an online Interview through Team for an hour with HR Team & General Manager - Home Care Services Received the outcome of an interview after 2 days

Situational questions, management style, easy going (I believe all an act just to keep people from walking out). I was early for the interview but they started late. Discussed the role and what I would be doing (come to find out I was never given the opportunity to do any of those things)
