The second round is the final stage of the interview process and involves a broader discussion at the industry level. This will include my experience in the retail sector, focusing on how I’ve applied HR strategies in that context. The conversation will also explore my experience in training and coaching, particularly how I’ve developed and implemented programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
