Tough to get in the door unless you know someone. Interview process can either be with a department manager, or with people on projects that need the help. Most people are laid back and easy to deal with so no ridiculous questions or tricks.

Four interview with four different managers in four different business lines. Each one very perfessional. After a line of questions and description of what the business lines were all about the interviewee is able to ask questions and see if they might be a good fit for the job.
