Phone screen with HR then met with management and the technical team. All interviews were unusually easy and straightforward. HR focused on background, experience, and desired salary. This interview lasts about 10-15 minutes. Management focuses on background and experience with some textbook behavioral questions and scenarios included. Any Google search will include 90% of what is asked here. The technical team interview with current analysts was extremely odd. It was clear no one in the room had interviewed anyone before. I had one girl ask me if I liked the Saints then stare at me awkwardly for about 15 seconds. The other one mainly giggled the whole time and the third one seemed like she was mad that she was even bothered with being there. They spent most of the time talking about themselves and mixed in basic questions e.g. do you prefer to work as part of a team or alone. It was a waste of time and it became clear why there was difficulty filling the position if these people were the team leaders.
