Test the barista's knowledge, latte art, and how you manage workflow in the bar. Then try running on the floor with clear guidelines from a supervisor. After that, you will be interviewed by supervisor about yourself, how your schedule, your visa type, salary that you expected, and any questions regard to trial.

Took 3 minutes. Was told there were 3 other people being interviewed for the same position that day. Was interested in mornings, 3 days a week. Was asked to do nights and weekends at 40 instead.
