Eerst mental math rekentest van 3 secties, eerste sectie bestaat uit makkelijke vragen; tweede sectie bestaat uit wat lastigere vragen en de derde sectie bestaat uit guestimates waar je meerkeuze antwoord moet geven. Daarna, screening door HR. Daarna een interview met HR en trader.
