I applied through university. I interviewed at Flow Traders in Oct 2020
Interview
Applied through college career page/career fair.
Had a one on one interview with recruiter about why I would be a good fit, how i approach risk, and why i'm interrested in trading along with a 8 or 10 minute mental math sheet.
Next round was a one on one interview with a trader who asked hypothetical situations and asking how the market would react to them. No right or wrong answers on these, just wants to see your through process.
I think the next round was going to be the final round, but did not pass the round before.
I applied online. I interviewed at Flow Traders (Amsterdam) in May 2026
Interview
Few Behaviorial Questions + Mental Arithmetic questions probability questions.
Final interview was pretty complicated for someone without a lot of experience asked a lot about etfs and stuff. They will ask you to think until you get the right answer
