I had an interview with the head of trading at Flow Traders in Hong Kong. The discussion centred almost exclusively on the details of various trading strategies rather than on skills and research process. From what I understand, he speaks with many applicants but very seldom extends offers — leading some to wonder whether the main objective might be to collect market intelligence.

Pretty straight forward, HR phone call and 3 hour OA on ML, stats, data science which was average to difficult. Didn’t make it past this stage as this position got filled.
